IDTS Digital operates as a dual-entity providing two categories of offerings: Agency Services: We provide done-for-you digital services including but not limited to SEO & growth, digital marketing, UI/UX design, AI automation, web development, mobile app development, WordPress development, Shopify development, TikTok/YouTube automation, video editing, YouTube channel management, and graphic designing. Training Courses: We offer job-ready digital training courses including AI automation & AI agents mastery, YouTube automation mastery, meta & social media marketing, full-stack web development, graphic designing masterclass, freelancing mastery, WordPress development, Shopify development, mobile app development, digital marketing, SEO mastery, and video editing pro. Specific service deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual service agreements or proposals provided at the time of engagement.

When you enroll in a course or register for an account, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account IDTS Digital reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are found to contain inaccurate information or that violate these Terms.

All prices listed on the Website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. Course fees and service charges are subject to change without prior notice. Payment Terms: • Course fees must be paid in full before access to course materials is granted, unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon • Service engagements require a deposit or milestone-based payment as outlined in the respective service agreement • We accept payments via bank transfer, online payment methods, and other methods as indicated on the Website All payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date.

We offer a refund policy for our courses under the following conditions: Course Refunds: • A full refund may be requested within 7 days of enrollment, provided that no more than 20% of the course material has been accessed or completed • After 7 days or if more than 20% of course material has been accessed, no refund will be issued • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@idtsdigital.com Service Refunds: • Service engagement refunds are governed by the specific service agreement signed at the start of the project • In the absence of a written service agreement, service payments are non-refundable once work has commenced Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days to the original payment method.

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, course materials, training modules, software, and the overall design and arrangement of the Website, is the property of IDTS Digital or its content suppliers and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws. Certificates are non-transferable and may be revoked if obtained through fraudulent means. We do not guarantee employment, job placement, or specific career outcomes upon course completion. Any job-ready training or career support provided is offered on a best-efforts basis.

For agency services (SEO, digital marketing, web development, etc.), specific terms of engagement, deliverables, timelines, and payment schedules are governed by individual service agreements or proposals. These agreements are separate from these general Terms and Conditions and take precedence in case of conflict for matters specific to the engagement. By engaging our agency services, you agree to the terms outlined in the applicable service agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IDTS Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: • Your use of or access to (or inability to use or access) the Website • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Website • Any content obtained from the Website • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to IDTS Digital in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rawalpindi, Punjab, Pakistan.
